Introduction

SME INDUSTRIAL PARKS OF INDIA is an exclusive Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) which has been initiated by SME Chamber of India and SME Industrial Park India Private Limited to provide various support services and end to end solutions to develop & construct manufacturing industrial factories, ready-made manufacturing industrial premises, plug & play industrial units with the latest amenities & facilities, assistance to avail advanced technology & adoption of industrial automation for quality productivity and global competitiveness.

We are also supporting existing mid corporates & SME manufacturers to redevelop their factories as a state-of-the-art manufacturing units or smart factories to explore business cooperation for joint ventures, technology transfers, collaborations and contract manufacturing opportunities from Indian and foreign enterprises.

This SPV has taken initiatives to accomplish the vision of Hon’ble Prime Minister to encourage SMEs & manufacturing industries to expand their manufacturing activities to make India as a "manufacturing hub of the world" and achieve 5 trillion dollars economy as well as march towards "Viksit Bharat".

Efforts for industrial growth in India

The Park is also collaborating with the private land owners as well as agencies related to State Governments, providing Industrial land for setting up new & additional manufacturing units, industrial parks, special SME economic zones, electronics parks, food processing parks, logistic Parks, chain of Cold Storages, packaging and grading facility centres for Indian and foreign SMEs & manufacturing enterprises in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, MP, Rajasthan, Karnataka, Haryana, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Orissa and Goa. The Park will also establish partnerships and alliances with the private landowners to be partners for the enhancement of manufacturing activities near metro and Tier 2 & 3 cities. The Park will also take lead to develop industrial parks in & around 100 industrial parks announced by the Government and developing industrial zones on the industrial corridors from Delhi-Mumbai & Mumbai-Bangalore-Chennai.

Initiatives for the empowerment of SMEs & Manufacturing industries

SME Chamber of India has been putting efforts for the growth of SMEs from manufacturing and allied industrial sectors for the last 33 years and providing support services for business growth, expansion, diversification, international collaborations, channelising banking finance and investment for further business growth. The Chamber has been on the forefront for policy & scheme framework change and its speedy implementation, resolving the various issues and grievances of the industries. The Chamber is having a large number of members from SMEs, manufacturing, corporates, mid corporates, financial institutions and overseas enterprises.

Finance arrangements for Industrial projects

The Chamber has established co-operation with the leading banks & financial institutions for availing finance facilities from Rs. 5 crores to Rs. 100 crores upto 90% of the project cost & for viable proposals from SMEs & manufacturing industries to avail Rs.100 crores collateral free loans from the banks for acquiring advanced technology, setting up industrial units and export promotion under the NCGTC and other Government schemes.
